Monhegan Art & Visualization workshop - July 22 - 26, 2019

it's like turning on a light bulb...not a difficult thing to flip a switch but, it makes all the difference...

people ask 'how did you first get interested in this ...stuff' ?
I guess, I was born curious. Aren't we all ? Heck, I got removed from religious classes for asking too many questions no one could answer...
I just never could understand why others did not question, they just took stuff at face value. Mind you, I was brought up in a time when you didn't question. I followed the rules. Mostly my rules. I did things expected of me so, I could have time to do my own thing. I was also a 'baby artist' who got away with a lot. And it was fairly smooth sailing (contrary to what my other siblings might tell me).

In adulthood,I remember a small event that made a big change in the way I thought about things. A male friend of ours gave me a book that I have long forgotten the name of.
What I do remember, was a part of the book on how trainers and coaches used visualization techniques to fill in lapses of when athletes were traveling or had down time and could not physically train.

The process was fascinating in that the results were the same, as if they had gone through a training session.
So what does this mean ?
It means that the subconscious does not judge.
Reality and something you manifest are equally effective.
